Welcome to the Garden Games & Leisure website. We have listed some useful information about our delivery service, refund and exchange service. If you can’t find the information you require please email at info@gardengamesandleisure.com and we will normally reply within 1 working hour. Alternatively call us now on 01702 545466, we are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Please see our About Us page for some details of the quality of goods and levels of service that you should expect from us. Please see our Terms & Conditions for any further clarification.


Delivery

No one likes paying for delivery nowadays and with us you dont have to as long as you do not require delivery to our postcode surchrge areas or non-deliverable areas. 

Our postcode surcharge areas ar AB, CT, DD, EX, FK, G80+, IV, KW, KY, LL, PA20+, PH, PL, SA20+, TR & TQ. Many of our products will not carry a surcharge to these areas, please check in advance of your purchase.

Our non-deliverable areas are Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight and other offshore destinations.

All prices quoted include delivery to our non-surcharged delivery areas. Delivery for large items can take up to 10 working days.

Claims for damages should be made known within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement. Please sign for your goods as unchecked if you are unable to inspect before signing.

 


Replacement Policy

It is very rare that your goods will arrive damaged or faulty. In circumstances where this is the case we will replace the damaged or faulty part rather than the whole item. It is important that we are informed in writing no more than 7 days from the date of your delivery, please email us at info@gardengamesandleisure.com

We may require photographic evidence of any damage or fault where possible in order to arrange your replacement.

We understand that in some circumstances a fault with your product may occur after the initial 7 day period. In these circumstances the customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence and a full description of the problem. If satisfactory evidence is received then we will not require you to send any goods back to us. Depending on the determined cause of the problem we may charge for delivery of the replacement item. We are not liable for damages or faults caused by misuse or severe weather conditions.


Return of Goods

We offer a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period should you decide that you no longer require your goods. Please note that any returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. In addition to this please note that the customer is responsible for delivering the goods back to us and original delivery charge is not refundable.

Please allow 7 days for your refund in order that we can check the goods. Only goods suitable for re-sale will be refunded against.


Refund Policy

We will replace any goods that are faulty or damaged at no cost to the customer. If you require a refund for faulty or damaged goods rather than a replacement only the Item Cost not including delivery will be refunded. In addition to this please note that the customer is responsible for delivering the goods back to us. We require notice in writing within 24 hours from delivery time to process any refund.

We are committed to providing excellent after-sales service. For any inquiries regarding maintenance or information about any product you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have any complaints, rest assured that they will be handled in strict accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (if applicable) and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
