Welcome to the Garden Games & Leisure website. We have listed some useful information about our delivery service, refund and exchange service. If you can’t find the information you require please email at info@gardengamesandleisure.com and we will normally reply within 1 working hour. Alternatively call us now on our order hotline, 01702 545466, we are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Delivery

If you are purchasing multiple items then a delivery discount should be offered at checkout. If you feel that the overall delivery price is too high for the volume of products purchased then please do contact us, we may well be able to arrange a cheaper palletised service.

All prices quoted do not include delivery. The delivery price quoted for each product is our Standard Delivery Charge. Standard delivery is anything from 1 to 10 working days depending on the product. Large products tend to take longer to deliver. Where possible we have included a Next Day Delivery price. Where this is not shown then it is not available. Standard delivery may well end up being a Next Day Delivery, you should only pay the premium in circumstances when it must be there quickly. All orders received by 12pm are eligible for Next Day Delivery if available.

Delivery prices are for mainland England & Wales only. Deliveries to Scotland will vary with the Grampians & Highlands attracting a higher price. Prices for deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight and other offshore destinations should be arranged in advance.

It is our aim to have your goods delivered on time, undamaged and as cheap as possible. We will require a contact phone number and all deliveries must be signed for. Delivery delays do occur from time to time and we are not responsible for those events that are beyond our control. If your next day delivery has been delayed then you will be reimbursed the cost difference between the Next Day & Standard Delivery service.

Claims for damages should be made known within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement. Please sign for your goods as unchecked if you are unable to inspect before signing.

Collections

Some but not all of our product ranges are available to be collected by arrangement from our West Horndon warehouse. Please call on 01702 545466 if you want to collect your goods and avoid paying the delivery charge.

Replacement Policy

It is very rare that your goods will arrive damaged or faulty. In circumstances where this is the case we will replace the damaged or faulty part rather than the whole item. It is important that we are informed in writing no more than 7 days from the date of your delivery, please email us at info@gardengamesandleisure.com

We may require photographic evidence of any damage or fault where possible in order to arrange your replacement.

We understand that in some circumstances a fault with your product may occur after the initial 7 day period. In these circumstances the customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence and a full description of the problem. If satisfactory evidence is received then we will not require you to send any goods back to us. Depending on the determined cause of the problem we may charge for delivery of the replacement item. We are not liable for damages or faults caused by misuse or severe weather conditions.

Return of Goods

We offer a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period should you decide that you no longer require your goods. Please note that any returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. In addition to this please note that the customer is responsible for delivering the goods back to us and original delivery charge is not refundable.

Please allow 7 days for your refund in order that we can check the goods. Only goods suitable for re-sale will be refunded against.

Refund Policy

We will replace any goods that are faulty or damaged at no cost to the customer. If you require a refund for faulty or damaged goods rather than a replacement only the Item Cost not including delivery will be refunded. In addition to this please note that the customer is responsible for delivering the goods back to us. We require notice in writing within 24 hours from delivery time to process any refund.
